Fitbit won’t update steps to Omada

I am on a weight program called Omada and my Fitbit does not update my steps automatically in the Ap for this program. What can I do?

Welcome to the Forums @BrandyFreez! 

 

Let me help you out. In this case I'd recommend that you try to disconnect the two and then connect them again. Usually that helps when something is not working as intended with the third-party apps. 

 

Additionally, I'd like to mention that Omada app is not an officially supported app and thus the information as to how it works with Fitibit is very limited on our end.
