Fitstar won't login with Fitbit - api.fitbit.com

Hello

 

I downloaded FirStar application on my Smartphone today running Android 5.0.1 / ColorOS 2.0.

 

When I am trying to use "Login with Fitbit" option, it redirects to https://api.fitstar.com and fails with error, "We are sorry, something went wrong", even though I've fitbit application installed on same smartphone.

 

Anyone else face this issue? Any fix around it please?

@AKundnani Is your phone on our list of Supported Devices? If it's not, this could be the reason your Fitstar app is experiencing issues. For additional help, I recommend getting in touch with Fitstar's Support Team. I hope this helps!

My phone is supported and I am already using Fitbit app with all features on it. Just Fitstar sign-in with Fitbit is giving issue.

Below steps received from support team helped me.


So we could assist you better with this, please link your Fitstar account to your Fitbit account by doing the steps provided:

1. Go to app.fitstar.com and log in to your FitStar account.
2. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, and choose Settings.
3. Click "Email and Password" and add an email address and password to your account. Please note that the email address you use must be different from any other email address you've used for an existing FitStar account.
4. Next, click "Connected accounts" and connect Fitbit.
