Help! My Fitbit Flex won't send any activity to my Loseit App, this appears to have started sometime last night. Therefore, it is not telling me my Fitbit adjustment in the Loseit App.
Loseit is sending info from the app to my Flex, and it is receiving it ( the Dashboard is showing the calories I have posted in the Loseit app).
Anyone else having this problem?? There are no updates for either app that have come through.

@Arizonagal Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's odd that your Fitbit is not sending your info to Loseit. I recommend revoking access from your Fitbit Dashboard and then re-link both accounts as if it was the first time. After this, test the behavior of both accounts and let me know how it goes.

Lost the ability to sync between Lose It and Fitbit sometime yesterday. Steps showing on Lose It vary between 1,000 to 5,000 less than on Fitbit and keep changing with each attempt to sync. Totals are different among each app I have. This morning Lose It is showing various multiples ABOVE what Fitbit shows. I have revoked access and re-linked and no improvement. Other Lose It members are reporting the same issue. Where's the problem?

@BonnieH Since the problem persists after you tried the work around, I recommend contacting LoseIt's customer service since the problem seems to be on their end.
