Flex won't sync with my Weight Watchers App

My Flex is not syncing with my Weight Watchers app.  My bluetooth is enabled, but when I try to pair my flex it says "pairing rejected by Flex" - any suggestions on what to do?  I have reset my phone and have uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled.  Not sure what else to do.  Please help?

I'm also not getting updated info in my WW app. My Flex is syncing properly, and the numbers on Fitbit's site are correct, but when I try to sync inside the WW app and on the WW website, it says the latest data is from 6:13 AM today. I think I have seen this at least once in the past, and it eventually fixed itself. I'm guessing it is a disconnect between Fitbit and WW.

Same here! The WW app keeps saying that the last time it synced was at 707am today, no matter how many times I refresh it 😡

I just went back to the WW app, and it now has my updated Fitbit info, so it seems to be working again for me. I noticed the WW app was updated recently too. Hope they don't have as many bugs as they did the last time WW did a major update.

It's not only a Flex issue. Still not syncing to WW from Fitbit app. I use a Surge.

I use the Fitbit One. Still not syncing, says last time WW synced with Fitbit was 707am this morning, even though the Fitbit app IS syncing correctly, and it's working with MyFitnessPal. It's definitely the WW app that's not working correctly. It's my first day on WW, this is so frustrating!!

Worse case is you can manually add activity data into WW. What burns me is
WHY? We are many years into this technology, yet it still is a
crap-shoot...

It's good to see new faces around @JVarnell@FEParker@Lily586@stringbob@Ilovesogs1900, and @EmeraldSquidRobot LOL

Sometimes when you have an error connecting with Weight Watchers you need to unlink the app and link it again to make it work. I would suggest to confirm that you're following the recommended steps from the link and if it is still not working, please contact Weight Watchers support.

Let me know how it goes. Cat Very Happy

Yup. 🙂 I tried it all, disconnecting, reconnecting, uninstalling,
reinstalling, checking multiple Wi-Fi connections, restarted routers,
checked for updates, restarted my phone, etc. I think I'm just going to
call Customer Care.

I just got my fitbit and I'm having the same issue. I sent an email through the Contact Us button on WW's site and mentioned that I came to the fitbit site to see if there were some troubleshooting tips and several other people are having problems. Hopefully if enough people tell them it's a problem they'll realize it's them and fix it. One or two people having issues is a fluke or user error, this many people, it's them.

\Welcome aboard @JSmith1234 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue and for mentioning all the steps you have taken and for contacting WW.

Please let me know how it goes and if you need more help.

It finally synced about 3.5 hours after the first attempt. I read one
person's summation that considering the number of people having the issue,
it was likely a problem with either "Fitbit or WW servers". I'm not sure
why servers would have to be involved, since the tracker is only inches
away from the phone... Anyway, all's well now. Thanks for checking.

@stringbob I'm glad to hear you were able to sync your Fitbit with Weight Watchers. Servers are involved in downloading the information and connecting it between the apps.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.  Have a nice day! Robot LOL
