I really hope the community can help with this!
I have been syncing my Ionic data with the Discovery/Vitality for months. I had been pushing extremely hard with all my exercises because I could not understand why I never seemed to be getting points for heart rate. After comparing notes with friends, I realised I should have been getting up to 300 points per workout, but when checking on the Discovery App, it shows that I did not receive any points for Heart Rate. but only for steps.
So all in all, in the past 6 months, I have missed out on about 10000 points 😞 I can only imagine the rewards I've missed out on.
I phoned Vitality and they advised I delink and relink my device from the Discovery app. I did so, but even after reconnecting, the app is still not collecting my Heart Rate data.
Please do help me solve this, it is the only reason I splashed out on the Ionic 😞 With this and all the other issues I've had, I am wishing more and more every day that I had opted for an Apple Watch instead. (I had to send in my previous Ionic for a new model as it had trouble charging. I am also still struggling with notifications - but I believe everyone is!)

Thanks for sharing your details on that you tried disconnecting and connecting the apps.
In this case my question would be if your friends are also using Fitbit devices to connect with the Discovery app or not. Additionally, please let me know if this has been happening since the very beginning and if not, when did the information start to not sync.
Additionally, I'd like to mention that the integrations themselves are handled by the third parties themselves so they should be able to determine what is going on and why all of the data is not being synced.
