Issues between Fitbit and WW recording activities

I have my Fitbit set up to sync with my WW app and normally there is no issue and any exercise I do syncs with my WW app and gives me my fit points.  However, the last couple of days it has been doing some weird and wonderful things. Yesterday I did a 57 minute Aerobic workout and my Fitbit recorded it as a 14 minute swim!! While I was able to delete it from my Fitbit record I couldn't delete it from my WW app.  Today I did. 57 minute Aerobic workout which synced to my WW app with no problems but as 53 minutes but then later my WW app showed another 57 minute Aerobic work out from my Fitbit which I cannot delete from my WW app.  The second one does not show on my Fitbit app.  Can any one suggest what is going on.
