MyFitnessPal and Versa will not sync

Hi! I can not sync my MyFitnessPal account and my versa account. It logged nothing for yesterday on my Fitbit app but it did count my steps on my fitness pal. Today, neither are syncing, even after disconnecting them and reconnecting them many times. Frustrated and confused! Please help

Same here. No activity transferring. All food transferred into FitBit app, but no activity transferring. Tried to resync Versa to MFP and also restarting phone.  No luck.

Yes, now I am in fact experiencing the opposite problem.

Same with me!  Started late ladt night and now nothing is syncing with fitbit to my fitness pal....  steps are logging on fitbit but not syncing to MFP and food/water intake logged on MFP nit syncing to Fitbit...

Same issue.  No data had synced with MFP or WW since 6;47pm on 6/5 EST.

I am so annoyed.  Nothing is syncing to my WW app either.  I think I received an email stating its an issue with MFP?  I pay for the premium version too.....beyond frustrating!!!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

My WW app gets the information from My Fitness Pal and that still isn't happening.

I've had the same problem for 2 days. I've disconnected the 2 apps and reconnected. The Versa is just not logging any info from myfitnesspal. I've also removed both apps from my phone and re-installed. I've restarted my phone a few times too. Ugh!

I did the same.  But I received an email and I think its MFPs issue.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

BTW MFP syncs to your Fitbit account, not your Versa.
