I used these apps previously and just started again with a new fitbit. I went to connect my fitbit and my NEW My Fitness Pal....However, I got this message. "Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once."
I even went to the Application section on my FItbit dashboard to "revoke access" to my fitness pal. That doesn't work either. I do not know my old log in for My Fitness Pal and at a loss on what to do next. I would hate to have to make a new fitbit account just to link them. I would think there would have to be some other way.....Please help!

Hi, @Megan7190! At this point, I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. Revoking access from the web dashboard should have worked.
