Hello @lynnzz1234, welcome to the community forums!
At this time, Fastic App and Fitbit can't be connected but thanks for sharing this suggestion about integrating these two apps. While this isn't yet available, I'd recommend to post this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration for new updates. If you find that a similar suggestion has already been made by another member of the community, you can vote for their idea and add your comments.

There is a free third party app. Please go into Google Play Store or App Store and download 'FitToFit' or 'Fitbit to Apple Health Sync'.
It will transfer the data, & can sync it automatically. Fastic people are very good answering emails. They can also help with any questions you may have in the future. I hope this helps!

I’ve asked the same question of Fastic but just keep getting a link in German! Seems it that the FitBit/Fastic sync isn’t possible yet.
I just started using fastic and I would love my steps to be synced to this app. They ask you to log steps using Google fit. Is there a way to link Google fit to a Fitbit Ionic?
Same here.....

Hello @InkyPinky56,
as already suggested by @Teknocoqui above the use of the app FittoFit is perfect to link Google Fit to Fitbit. Your data will be transferred to Google Fit and then to Fastic.
I just figured it out myself. Hope this helps. First let me preface this by saying, I’ve got an iPhone. Inorder to get step counter to work within the fastic app via your fit bit app you must first have the apple health app installed on your phone already. Then install the fit bit to apple health app or the sync for apple health Fitbit app via App Store. Either will work. Maybe install both. I did. The rest from there is self explanatory. Good luck 👍🏻
