How do I sync to my One Plus One Phone with my Fitbit HR?

Hi 

I checked and my phone One Plus One is a compatible device. But I am unable to figure out how to sync it so that I can see texts and calls from my phone on my Fitbit. Could you please help?

A warm welcome to the Community @karenbeth! Once you complete the set up process of your buddy, you only need to follow these easy instructions to get your call/text notifications. 

 

1. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth 

2. Go to your Fitbit app

3. Tap on your device's picture

4. Notifications. 

5. Turn it on. 

 

Once you complete the steps above, you'll get your notifications.
