I've tried everything and I can't get the Conqueror app to sync with my Fitbit. You found the FAQ on the conqueror.events web page related to this?
The Conqueror app says that it has a connection to FitBit. I've checked my privacy settings in my FitBit account but I really don't see anything that would prohibit the sync to happen.
I have this exact same problem. I have walked through all of the steps that Conquer has given me and all my parameters match the person above. It is looking like this may be an issue on the Fitbit side.
I seem to be having the exact same issue, I've confirmed all of my settings and ensured that my Fitbit is connected to my Conquerer Challenge... yet, the challenge doesn't seem to recognize my steps and I have to ever the distance manually. Frustrating
Please be aware that these questions are best to ask Conqueror. They are the ones that setup the connection with Fitbit. The code to sync the data is on their server.
Best AnswerI'm having the same issues. Everything looks correct. But when it syncs at 2 am, it only posts my steps from midnight to 2 am, nothing from the previous day. I've contacted Virtual Mission but they are unable to resolve this issue.
Best AnswerI have tried everything too. App says it's connected, but it is not pulling data. One day, out of the blue, it pulled 0.2 miles from Fitbit (I had already manually logged in steps). Then it never happened again.
Would love to get this solved!

Best AnswerI did the same to me. The .2 km was the distance I walked to the bathroom between midnight and 2 am - which is when it's suppose to sync.
I believe it's a timing issue with My Virtual Mission.

1, Install the conqueror app and log in.
2, Connect fitbit to conqueror app.
3, Uninstall conqureror app.
4, Reinstall conqureror app
5, Log in.
I don't know if it was the reinstall or the log in that cleared whatever queue was being an issue but try just relogging in and if that doesn't work post that here.
