I recently had my Charge 4 replaced by Fitbit. The new device is not syncing with our Echelon bike. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times. Worked just fine with previous Charge 4 and Charge 3. Any suggestions?

How did you get it to work before? I currently have a Charge 4 and just got a Echelon Ex-5s and I can't seem to get them to sync.
