I have bought a Fitbit Alta even though I have an Apple Watch as I wanted it to sync with Runkeeper or Strava but it isn’t syncing to either app?

You can see how to connect with partner apps here

Thank you for your help. According to my apps, I am connected but my runs or walks don’t show unless I enter them manually which defeats the object.

Hi @SaltedCaramel, welcome to the Fitbit community Forums! 🙂
I'm glad to hear that @SunsetRunner suggestion helped! 🙂
Now, if you're having problems with your runs not syncing, you might want to remove the apps and connect them again. For this, go to your fitbit.com dashboard on your computer browser and once you're in, click on the gear icon at the top right forner and then, go to Settings. On the column on the left side, you should see a tab that says Apps. Click on it, look for the app that you want to remove and click on Revoke Access.
Then, follow the instructions to connect them again and see if that helps.
Let us know if you need more help!
PS. I'm moving your post to the Third party integrations board for categorization purposes.
