My flex I'd pretty new. I'd like to link it with mfp. ...but it will not work 😞 I'm not sure what steps are involved..... mfp says is linked but not tracking steps....
MFP doesn't track steps. You enter food and exercises into MFP and it syncs with Fitbit and compares calorie counts so they can be more accurate (at least that's how the instructions put it when I synched up on the MFP site).
