How to properly use Fitbit and MFP?

Hey,

 

im currently using MFP (used in UK, moved to Oz) - all is fine.

 

noticed recently MFP can be sooo slow and sometimes crashes.

 

ive considered logging my food on Fitbit app but can’t seem to pre-log the week ahead like MFP.

can you and I can’t  see it?

 

ive read people somehow put both apps together but it almost double their calorie burn...I don’t wish to mess with my system 😂

 

any advice would be great, thanks 😊

I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry about using Fitbit and MyFitnessPal.

 

Fitbit will sync steps, calories and scale measurements to MFP. Meanwhile, MFP will sync food and activities to Fitbit. In order for Fitbit and MFP to show the same calorie allowance, please follow this procedure
