I would like to sync my weight/bmi/fat% to my fitbit account/dashboard. Maybe the other way around also the steps from fitbit into the nokia health mate app.
anyone any idea where to start? All the links in other topics and the help pages lead to 404 pages, for example: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1286/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AX3rd_Party_Integration&...
any help is greatly appreciated!
cheers,
tom

Best AnswerUnable to authenticate Withings user. Withings server returned the following error: Unknown status code.
This is the error I am getting. I have tried all lower case on the email.... Not quite sure what to do here.
Have you gone to Withings website itself first and made sure your login info is correct?
Best AnswerYes, I am able to login to the Withings site just fine.
No. I am still having the same issue.
Same issue for me. I have tried three different email addresses, different passwords, including one with all lower case letters, and I get the "Withings server returned the following error: Unknown status code." error too.

Best AnswerI can log into Withings site, but am unable to link my FitBit to Withings using the information we have been provided on this discussion group. Have you been successful in getting the scale to update in your FitBit app/dashboard? If so, what steps did you take to accomplish this?
Best AnswerJust a heads up: this method doesn't seem to work anymore 😞

"November 30, Withings closed OAuth 1.0 API.
They migrated to OAuth 2.0. Maybe a developer need to upgrade the code."
Be a hero and send that to your devs instead of doing the ol' its them not us routine.
Moderator edit: Format
@sutherlandsd Seems to be a Fitbit issue, I don't have direct contact to developers.
Developers received advises from Withings by e-mail about the API change, maybe a moderator can ask them to verify. Me, I can only help with my app at www.weemple.com (I also had to change the code).
If Withings or Nokia Health have provided a change to their API then Fitbit will need to do the due diligence to support. Fitbit is collecting the information from Withings therefore requires to write code to its API requirements. Fitbit moderator can you please advise if this is an error on the Withings/Nokia API your developers have discovered or is this an issue your end. Bought this product for the wife on the understanding intergrations were sound. from this community it would seem this is not the case and customers are having issues connecting accounts. As we are looking for you to intergrate to Withings/Nokia to collect our personal data then this lies with you and would expect a suitable update.
If you can advise this thread it would be greatly appreciated.
MSD.
