How to use Nokia (Withings scale/ Healthmate) with Fitbit?

I would like to sync my weight/bmi/fat% to my fitbit account/dashboard. Maybe the other way around also the steps from fitbit into the nokia health mate app.

Few days ago Fitbit is not syncing with Withings scale. Withings explained that they changed their auth method and informed Fitbit with enough time, etc.

Please, update the syncronization with Withings so we have weight info in your dashboard.

IT'S WORKING!!!  IT'S WORKING!!!

Went to https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings -- followed the prompts and...  drumroll....

We have downloaded 907 weight measurements, dating as far back as 10/04/2017

Nice! You have successfully linked your Withings profile with Fitbit.

You should be getting updates from Withings the next time you use your scale.

It fetches all the data you have. Both my wife and I fetched our respective profiles (on same Withings account but into different Fitbit accounts of course) and we each have every weight measurement since Dec 2013 when we got the scale. And it should automatically update from now on. Nice integration Fitbit, even it did take a little too long to get it fixed!

Glad to see everyone who broke the link and couldn’t log back in are syncing now. I have FitBit and Withings data syncing back to April 2012 when I got my Withings scale (which still works great).

Joined FitBit January 2014. I love both companies!

I still cannot sync my data it gives back the following error:

"The userid and publickey do not match, or the user does not share its data."

Any information about this?

Hi,

Did you remove the link/association between Fitbit and Withings ?

If not, just do then follow the process to make it work. It worked that way for me.

If you have duplicated data, because maybe some was added manually, others received from integrations, etc, you can clean all your data to reflect the source, by resync with WeightHub.

New user here, having received my Inspire HR this morning. I have successfully linked my Withings account and downloaded all of my past data:

Thanks for bringing this up and letting us know that it seems to be working correctly now! 

@pablohs, and @Wonderbrar, Some users have been reporting that it is now connecting properly as mentioned above. In this case I'd recommend that you try to disconnect them and then connect them once again. That should do the trick to get them to work correctly.
