Incorrect tracking of Calories syncing with Lose It!

The dashboard shows the accurate budget but shows calorie consumption way higher than actual.

I moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations board as I think it is better suited for your question.

 

To answer your situation, it is important to keep in mind that Fitbit also counts your BMR, which is the amount of calories that your body burns to keep you alive, on a minute-to-minute basis and that could show the calories burned to be higher that the exercise you have performed.
