Integration with Dexcom G6

Hi are there any further updates on when an app compatible with the Dexcom g6 app will be available for the fit bit versa. I bought mine on the basis that Fitbit said this would be developed by the end of 2018.

Hi! There are so many! I use  type1lcuk which is a low carb group and London pump users meet ups (non-pump users welcome I’m sure, I’ve never actually made a meet up). There are so many though. Where are you based?

I'm a pump user living in the New Forest.

I've been using Dexcom CGM for around 15 years and have just upgraded to the G6.

Would love to get the Fitbit monitoring system. Do you know if it matters which model of Fitbuy I buy?

Fitbit were meant to integrate with G6 last year and then abandoned the plan. This is a watchface created by a third party. It definitely works with Ionic. I think it might also work with versa (think that’s the name!)

It works with my Versa.
I wouldn’t buy a Fitbit watch based on this app though, IMHO.
It’s a nice work around until Dexcom gets around to supplying an app for Fitbit users, which may be at the end of 2019 (fingers crossed).
If you want a watch that integrates well, get the Apple Watch.

We have over 30 faces available! Only one has Dexcom integration. BUT if you have any ideas for the current Dexcom face or ideas for a different Dexcom face, please leave it here! We are always looking to improve our product and create new ones!

My only suggestion would be to place a few more stats on the screen (HR, steps, cals burned perhaps) and to have the glucose number slight larger (harder to see for older eyes).
Nonetheless, really appreciate your efforts here to help.

No, You need to run Dexcom share and have the info sent to the same email address as your Fitbit Watch
