Before June 1 I had no problems at all with my FitBit. Each day it logged my steps once and WW activity points were added when it Synced. Today I am seeing FitBit 7720 8 FitBit Points (which is correct) and FitBit Activity Walk 8 FitBit Points - where has the extra 8 come from? does anyone know why this is happening? Surely there is some double counting going on?

@Gillian_617 I've seen a few discussions around this recently. It seems like WeightWatchers is aware of the issue and might be working toward a solution. If you have any questions, you should try reaching out to WW.
I am seeing the same thing. Last week I showed 11 points for the day from my tracker and then another 11 from exercise... AWESOME!!! but highly unlikely. I went to the tech chat room through WW and they did not seem to know anything about it. I just started back up with WW on 5/23 so I did not correlate it to a recent update, but that does explain things a little, b/c it does seem to have just started doing that. Hopefully there is a fix to this soon.

Welcome to the forums @Gillian_617 and @Kim523! It's great to see you here. ![]()
As @AndrewFitbit mentioned, there seems to be a problem with the WeightWatchers link to Fitbit; in this case you'll need to double check on their current bug reports about the status of this problem. This is because the integration was created by WW and they should explain how they interpret the data from your Fitbit tracker.
There's a workaround for WW provided by @Shatzi in this thread, hopefully it will correct your logged activity and show it as a single log. ![]()
