Is there any app that can replace Endomondo?

Hi,

Is there an app that is as good as Endomondo was?

An app where I can track an workout, or log a previous one? And connects to Fitbit?

It's important for me that the communication goes both ways.

I tried several apps right around the time when Endomondo stopped working, and I couldn't find an app that worked like Endomondo.

I tried again last week, and even though it says that the apps are compatible it dosen't work.

The workouts don't show up on Fitbit and neither the other way from Fitbit to ex Strava.

Strava just to mention one of the apps I found on Fitbit's list over compatible apps.

Hope someone have some helpful answers 🙂

Hege

Thanks for your response, @Perlina.

In the Fitbit app you can manually log your activities. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?".

If an activity is not available, you can create a custom activity. This option is only available from the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Activities but once the activity has been created, you'll be able to log it from the Fitbit app.

Hi @EdsonFitbit

And thank you for replying to my question.

From what I can see in the post you linked to, the answer is No, there is no app that can replace Endomondo.

It sucks cause I can't get my workouts properly logged with the limitations in the fitbit app... I've used Fitbit since 2014 and I would like to continue to do that, but how do people log their workouts? Like log distance on indoor cycling, rowing and other stuff...

Hope there is an answer 🙂

Hi @EdsonFitbit,

Thank you for replying.

The best would be if I could track from the FitBit app or watch while I exercised, and then log kilometers afterwards, and do other changes, but we can't have it all can we?

I think I might have found a solution I can be ok with for now at least.

I'm glad to hear that you've found a solution to log your activities.

To answer your question, from iOS devices you can edit some exercises recorded by your Fitbit device.

Great @EdsonFitbit what about if I use an Android since it appears Fitbit has decided that Android users are not worthy of such feature like iOS users?
