@Mariekmortd Hey there! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. Have you checked the Check-In section in MFP. Is your tracker syncing to Fitbit?

I'm having the same problem - it started after FitBit pushed out a software update this weekend. Fitbit appears in the check-in section of MFP, but the calories consumed haven't been updated since the software update, and they no longer sync. I've restarted my phone, and disconnected and reconnected FitBit and MFP, but still no calories syncing.
This is disappointing and I'm unhappy with my FitBit.

Something is still wrong with the sync. It's been like this for a week now and we haven't received any updates.

Hey Fitbitters!
It seems that there's a delay from MyFitnessPal syncing to Fitbit. You may want to check this article in MFP.

This is happening currently to me. Has there been a fix for this? I have been pretty happy with my fitbit so far and intended on getting the new Charge HR, but now I am second guessing that. This is very frustrating. I have to disconnect and reconnect manually every time if I want it to sync with MFP. That article that is posted brings me to a page that says the article is not in English. Not helpful.

@Kaili Hey there! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned. It seems that the article was deleted please contact MyFitnessPal directly. Because you shouldn't be unlinking and relinking both accounts.
