I am unable to sync my new Versa 4 with Personify Health app that I need to use for work. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? My husband is having the same issue. Personify Health states it’s a Fitbit issue.

I'm having the same issue with my Fitbit account. It is not syncing with Personify Health. I don't know what else to try that I haven't already done.

The Fitbit app keeps disconnecting from my Personify Health app. I have to go and manually reconnect the app in Personify Health app.
Personify Health support is telling me that the problem is with Fitbit.

My fitbit account with my fitbit charge 5 quit connecting to Personify Health app about a month ago. Previously I could easily reconnect when needed, but now I get an error message every time I try to reconnect.
