I am unable to sync my new Versa 4 with Personify Health app that I need to use for work. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? My husband is having the same issue. Personify Health states it’s a Fitbit issue.
Best AnswerMy fitbit account with my fitbit charge 5 quit connecting to Personify Health app about a month ago. Previously I could easily reconnect when needed, but now I get an error message every time I try to reconnect.
