Issue with connecting to Strava

My Fitbit versa just keeps saying connecting connecting and won’t connect when I do a run to go straight to Strava

  • Verify that you don't have any pending updates for the Strava or Fitbit app.
  • Confirm you've linked both applications properly by following these steps.
