Issue with connecting to Strava

My Fitbit versa just keeps saying connecting connecting and won’t connect when I do a run to go straight to Strava

I've moved your post to "Third-Party Integrations" board because it's more related to the topic. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with connecting to Strava. I recommend doing the following:

 

  • Verify that you don't have any pending updates for the Strava or Fitbit app.
  • Confirm you've linked both applications properly by following these steps.
  • Make sure you sync your device and wait a few moments for updates.
