First off, Noom is not discoverable in the Fitbit app. Why can’t there be a search option instead of a list of compatible apps. It is discoverable in the Noom app itself. When paired it lasts briefly then the info does not synch. So frustrating. I have an iPhone 6s & the Fitbit charge. Help!!

Best AnswerI had the same problem and what worked for me was going into the Fitbit app and making sure it is on "all day sync". It immediately started working in the noom app after setting it up like noom suggest . Good luck!
Thank you so much, this works! It was driving me nuts for about 3 days. Much appreciated!
Best AnswerAfter much effort, I finally got mine to sync. Under >Settings >Connect additional devices, I disconnected the Fitbit. Next, I went to the Fitbit app on my phone and logged in and synced. Next, I went back to Noom and added the Fitbit back. It asked me one question which I allowed and the steps showed up. I have been fighting this for a few weeks!
I am able to get steps and weight synced from Fitbit to my Noom account, which is great, but oddly the weight readings it syncs over are really bizarre. I wanted to have my weight in both apps - for Noom to calculate calories to spend, for Fitbit to properly calculate calories I burned. I figured out early on that Noom does not send my weight (Or anything else) to Fitbit, but Fitbit will send weight and steps to Noom. OK, fine, I’ll log it just in Fitbit ... BUT, if I log, say, 207.5 lbs, it will send 207.4 to Noom. If I log 209, it sends 208.8. What the heck? I’m not putting in odd numbers - my scale only reads at the half pound, and it’s a simple analog scale, so how is Noom receiving a weird decimal from a simple weight measurement?
Best AnswerWe just figured it out. On Noon move to the day before then move back to today it will update your steps from your Fitbit app. Why don’t they just tell us this instead of disconnect and reconnect. I too did that several times.
Best AnswerBrilliant. Works perfectly on my Versa3. It means an extra step but fingers crossed it keeps working.
Best AnswerThis is a non andwer
Best AnswerYES 😊 This works for me on Inspire 2 with IPhone, thank you jogger. Although I agree with elainemariebc that it’s a non answer from Nooms perspective. Their 2nd level tech were telling me in great detail earlier that they can’t control the update as they don’t own the Fitbit data (despite the app having our Fitbit login permission).
As we can toggle the day and force an update surely all they should do is add a refresh button to do similar 🤔
Best AnswerI have no problems connecting Noom and Fitbit on my Android. Syncs great. But every couple of days, in Noom, i have to go to Settings, Connect Devices, and log in to Fitbit again to keep the syncing working. I usually notice when the sync has stopped for a couple of days that i have 0 steps logged! This is kind of annoying, and seems like the kind of 'security feature' that is instituted to protect your account. I would much prefer to be able to click something somewhere that would allow me to "stay logged in" to the Fitbit app thru Noom. It would not likely be Noom that keeps disconnecting, but rather some security clock in Fitbit that wants you to reconnect. Anyone else having the problem? Anyone else figure out how to keep them connected for longer than a couple of days?
