K-9 Mail Nofitifcations

I use K-9 mail on my Android phone.  I have enjoyed seeing notifications on my Pebble Time and Steel watches and wonder if anyone has seen how to get K-9 notifications on their phone.  I have gone through the various notification settings on my phone and watch and cannot find a setting that would help.

Turned out I was able to get K-9 Mail notifications turned on in the settings, so it works without too much of a hassle.

I'm not able to get a notification from K-9 Mail at Android 8.1 (Moto G5 Plus) to FitBit Charge 3. Would it be possible to post the details of the settings?
