Keep revoking MFP and cannot sync new MFP account

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have revoked MfP on my fitbit app dashboard and try to sync my new MfP account but it keeps saying its connected to the old one.

The original MfP account was an old one and was deactivated/deleted so I cannot "log back in" to desync from MfP.

No matter how many times I go into FitBit accounts and revoke MfP whenever I try to sync my new MfP account it still states fitbit is connected to the deleted MfP account.

Welcome to the Community @JDeacon. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

In this case, I would like you to confirm you've tried unlinking Fitbit from MyFitnessPal page. If you're still seeing that Fitbit is linked to MFP, provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi Silvia.

I have revoked access from Fitbit to MfP, see screen shot 1 and 2

I try to sync my new MfP account to my fitbit and I get the message as seen in screen shot 3, when I then go back to Fitbit you can see in screenshot 4 the revoking of MfP has been reversed.

I cannot get back onto the original MfP account, this was deactivated and deleted, so itno longer exists as it was originally set up with my old employers
