Life Fitness LFConnect No Data Sent to Fitbit

Hi there,

 

I have connected my LFConnect account for Life Fitness gym equipment to my Fitbit account and I have been saving my workout results from the machines to my LFConnect account. The data appears on the Life Fitness website but nothing seems to be coming over to Fitbit, any ideas?

 

I was under the assumption that my calories burnt, steps, distance ran etc should come over from LFConnect into Fitbit with the connection. I also run on the Life Fitness machines using a Polar heart rate strap and this data is recorded by the machines - I'm not sure if that it meant to come over in any way also?

I'll be happy to help you with that @richardjgreen! To make sure about the information that should be shared with Fitbit, I recommend contacting LFConnect Support. I'm pretty sure they have all this information available.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've tried to contact LFConnect Support, but there seems to be no such organisation. Any other suggestions?
