Hi Everyone
I have fitbit charge 2
I just joined the gym and trying my best to keep fit
At our Gym we have Life Fitness equipment
I tried to get life fitness to. Connect to. Fitbit but throws out this error

I Was wondering if anyone here can help me and give me any suggestions on how to Get life fitness to connect / sync to my fitbit
Look forward to. Getting my work out data on fitbit

It seems like I can't access the picture. Could you post it directly in the thread by posting on the 'Photos' button on top of the text field? Check the picture below for reference.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing that screenshot!
In this case I'd recommend getting in touch with LF directly. Keep in mind that these integrations are developed by the third parties themselves and thus they should be able to see what is happening.

Sent them ticket they answered but then never replied once I sent a response very werid.
May be Fitbit team could contact them on our behalf?

I had the same problem. one month ago I call the lf support in Spain. Yesterdar thel called me and the problem now is resolved. I can connect lf with fitbit
