On Android I use https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/  to sync from fitbit to may other services and apps including Google Fit.

I've already been thru this but you CAN add your steps in Lark. Here's a portion of the support email back to me

Since you have a Fitbit that tracks steps, you can add them to Lark, and it will convert those steps into activity data. You can do so by tapping on the profile icon at the upper left side (or upper right side in Android), and then go to the activity tab. You will then see a plus symbol you can tap on, to log your activity.

add activity" --> "steps"

I think people want fitbit to sync with Lark without having to enter the steps in manually.

Lark supplies a 3rd party scale that syncs with Lark where people do not
have to enter their weight manually.

Lark also supplies fitbits. Fitbit has a great integration api for 3rd
parties to retrieve fitbit data, steps, nutrition etc..

It is a reasonable request for people to want this information automated as
well. Especially with steps that change minute to minute.

Yes, you can enter this manually as you have stated. In my experience,
Lark's AI actually asks me to confirm my step count, but it would be better
if Lark didn't have to do that and just pulled it from Fitbit directly (as
it does with the scales).

Exactly, If the FitBit doesn't sync up, I will use a different device that does link to the Lark app. Guess I don't really need the Fitbit

isn't that silly? I legit received my fitbit from lark yesterday and they don't communicate. when I received the scale from lark it was immediately linked as soon as I stepped on.

Currently, there is no option to link Fitbit with Lark but you can manually add your Fitbit steps to Lark, and it will convert those steps into activity data. You can do so by tapping on the plus symbol (+) on the coach chat screen, then selecting add data, and finally, tapping steps. For more information, please visit this article.
