I have already linked my Fitbit one with My Fitness Pal but it doesn't seem to be recognizing my steps taken and putting them onto MFP . I have 1200 cals a day. How many steps do I need to do before it registers on MFP?

MFP won't track steps per se, but will give you "Fitbit Adjustments" based on activity and calories consumed/burned received from Fitbit.
