I'm trying to link my charge 2 with the WellRight app for a step challenge. 

 

Anyone know how to do that?

ive got a Charge 2 and an IPhone SE....

Hey @AllStarAussies, it is cool to see new faces around! Woman Happy Let me tell you that this app, WellRight, isn't compatible with Fitbit so it is not gonna be possible to connect it with your Charge 2 or any other Fitbit tracker. 

 

There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit. You can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner and ask if they integrate with Fitbit. 

 

You can take a look at this link to see the app that Fitbit works with. In addition, I'd like to suggest you to go to our Feature Suggestions board and request this app to be compatible, so our team can take a look and maybe take it into consideration in the future. 😉
