LoseIt! Premium and FitBit Force not communicating or interacting

I just purchased a Fitbit force with the intent of it working in tandem with my LoseIt! Premium account.  I have went through every recommendation thus far and nothing seems to make the two communicate???  I go through the LoseIt program, choose Apps & Devices, log-in to my Fitbit account, allow access and then get an error that states:  "there was a oroblem connecting your Fitbit.  Please try following these steps to resolve the issue":

  1. Log in to your account at fitbit.com
  2. Click your name in the top right and select Account Settings
  3. Click on "Applications" on the left
  4. Click "Revoke Access" button under Lose It!
  5. Go to loseit.com, log in, and go to Apps & Devices
  6. Disconnect and reconnect your FitBit Aria if you have one
  7. Disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit Tracker if you have one

NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!  I've tried 50 times with no success!!!!!  When I click on the "Applications" button in Fitbit it doesn't even show that I have allowed any programs to access Fitbit so "revoking access" is a moot point!  HELP!

I am having exact same issue. Sent an email to fit it for help, but I haven't received a response yet. I even tried deleting all apps and reinstalling.

I am having the exact v problem. Plus, LoseIt doesn't even show up I'm my applications folder!

Update: according to an email I received today from LoseIt! they state that.....

"We are very sorry to tell you this, but right now we are experiencing an issue connecting users with Fitbit devices.

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience -- we're hoping to have this fixed early this week, and understand that it's a major problem for our users. We will let you know via email when the issue is resolved.
