Lost activity points

I have my fitbit synced with my weight watchers account.
On Tuesday I had earnt 7 activity points. They dissapeared, yesterday I got one back, today I still only have one.
Not sure if its a weight watchers issue or a fitbit issue. There are quite a.few of us experiencing the same thing.
Help please?

@DiC Welcome to the Fitbit Community! In this case I will recommend you to contact Weight Watchers as I have not seen any issue on Fitbit's side yet. 

 

Let me know if they were able to resolve the issue and what was the source of it. I will be investigating this further.
