Lost all steps synced with Loseit

I have lost all steps synced with "Loseit". I disconnected, reconnected and force synced but now it is only syncing the last 10 days. I have activity since 1-6-14. How do I fix this?

Do you have a premium accoount at LoseIt? I think you need one. Also, the issue may be over there. Have you opened a help ticket at LoseIt?

Thank you for your reply.  Yes, I have a premium account with Loseit.  I do believe you are right that it is their issue since everything is fine with my fitbit account.  I am currently in communication with them.
