When I first got my fitbit I was able to sync the fitbit app with My Fitness Pal app and had amazing success with it. After switching phone to a BlackBerry, these two apps did not "see" another. I figured it was a BB problem. But now that I'm back to a Samsung I am having the same problems, the apps aren't recognizing another. Any ideas? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected etc. Not working.

Hello @Hankswife. I'm not sure what BB stands for, but the lynx between the two accounts happen between the two servers through the Internet and have nothing to do with the phone.
The best we can say is to follow the directions in the MFP post .
