I entered a rowing activity in runkeeper. But it does not syncs with my Fitbit app. What should I do?

Yes! I connected both apps. I have entered an elliptical activity in runkeeper and it’s snyced to Fitbit. But it does not work when I enter a rowing activity to runkeeper....
