MFP and Fitbit syncing problem

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Whenever I try to sync my Fitbit and MFP, it says I already have a MFP account connected to my Fitbit and that I can only have one account on at a time. Even when I revoke access and try again it shows the same error over and over. I have no idea how to fix this.

Hello @HealthyMT, good to see you again. I'm wondering if you are trying to sync with a different account with MFP or is the same account who is giving you this error? Also let me know where are you trying to revoke the access from the website or the mobile app? Are you experiencing any type of issue with this integration at the moment to sync your data? MFP and Fitbit share information automatically without the need of manual sync.

In the meantime, I recommend to revoke the access from MFP too and from your web browser. Sometimes it might present this error even when you have revoke the access from your Fitbit application settings. You need to go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps. Look for Fitbit and disconnect the Fitbit app too.

Try clearing your browser's cache also and reconnect MFP and Fitbit again. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache .

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need more help.

Not "solved". Typical...

Well, after 2 years I finally did solve it. Turns out it was a problem with MFP’s servers and they needed a personal email from me.
