I have a charge 2. When I start my run through the Fitbit, it sync fine with Strava but not with map my run. It says it’s connected in the devices section. Why don’t I see the route or any other data concerning the run. Am finding the Fitbit so confusing to use, and wonder why I don’t just stick to the iPhone on its own.

If revokeing and linking back up doesn't work, you will have to contact mapmyfitness
