Moving from Garmin back to Fitbit

I used Fitbit for about 6 years, but got a Garmin for Christmas last year that I am supremely unhappy with.  I am now going back to Fitbit.

 

Is there any way to get this last year’s worth of data from Garmin into Fitbit so I don’t have a gaping year without data? I have googled and googled but am finding nothing useful. I know they can’t (nor do I want to) continuously sync, I just want a one-time data import. Thanks!
