i have been in contact with weight watchers, what the problem is that fitbit is nnot allowing the sync, how can you help us.

My fitbit app is no longer syncing with my WW app. Had my best day ever yesterday and I did not get any points...not happy. WW needs to ge their act together!!!

It sounds like multiple people are having trouble syncing with the Weight Watchers app, and I've notified our team so that they can investigate the issue. In the meantime, I'd recommend disconnecting and then reconnecting your accounts to see if that resolves the issue, and we'll post again here once we know more about the root cause.
