My Fitbit is connected to my fitness page at work but it won't update?

@kargueta It's nice to see you around. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for the details mentioned. I would like you to unlink Fitbit from My Heath Matters page by doing the following: 

 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon 
     
     > Settings > Applications.
  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

If after trying the above, your accounts aren't updating, you may want to contact directly the My Heath Matters page. They can continue assisting you.
