Update 1/13/2016
Hey everyone,
The syncing issue that was caused by the backlog of Fitbit requests has been resolved since 1/7/16, so I'll be closing this thread. This was a singular incident and is separate from any new issues. If you're still experiencing a syncing issue, please reach out to MFP so they can assist: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emai
If you're experiencing a different issue, I encourage you to browse through our forums for any existing information that might be helpful. If there's no existing information on the issue you've encountered, please post a new thread with any relevant details of the issue.
Thanks!

Some good news! Check out the latest update from MFP:
"We have finished processing the backlog of all of the Fitbit requests from the temporary suspension. We have addressed most of the things that attributed to this issue in the first place. The remnant issue that our members may still see is some delay with syncing of step count (though not calorie burn, weight, or meal summary totals). We are monitoring the status of the Fitbit integration very closely, in order to address any new issues immediately, should they arise.
As always, we appreciate your patience while we addressde these issues. We will continue to update this post so please check back for more information.
Please keep in mind that although we have resolved the issues causing the bulk of these symptoms, some members may still see similar symptoms, due to a different cause. If you are still having any trouble, we would be happy to help triage this to get you up and running. Please send us an email and we will get back to you! You can reach us here: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new"
Thank you to everyone that reported this!
Update: 1/7/2016
Hey everyone, here's the latest update from MFP:
"While some of our members may see their Fitbit data syncing again as normal, we continue to have a backlog, and some of our members may still see a delay. We are monitoring the status of the Fitbit integration very closely today, working to resolve any other issues that may arise while we clear the last of the requests."
Thanks 🙂
Update: 1/6/2016
Hey all, here's an update from MyFitnessPal:
"The backlog of Fitbit sync request has been processing throughout the night, and is continuing to process today. Some of our members may see their Fitbit data syncing again as normal, but, as we continue to work through the backlog, some of our members may still see a delay. We are monitoring the status of the Fitbit integration very closely today, working to resolve any other issues that may arise while we clear the last of the requests.
During this time we do not recommend unlinking and relinking your accounts, as this will not resolve the issue for you."
You can find this update here. Thanks!

Hello,
I weight train and do cardio at the gym also. I don't turn on the fitbit (I have a charge HR too) until I do cardio. Fitbit won't record weight training so what you see on the dashboard is correct. You do have to manually enter any weight training in MFP and when you do, it still won't snyc over to fitbit. Now if you want to add any steps you've taken, then go ahead and turn on your HR. But as far as arm, legs or abs ect. Fitbit still won't see that.

Was the Fitbit/MFP integration suppose to address the issue of exercise tracked on a watch not transfering over to MFP? The steps are being picked up by MFP, but not the exercise. If exercise is entered into MFP, then it is doubled in Fitbit.
Thanks,
Jared
