According to MyFitnessPal, I have already connected to the FitBit app, but none of my calories or any other information is transferring. I have disconnected and retried several times and have had no luck.

Sometimes the calories and information can take a moment to move from one of the accounts to the other. I'd suggest that you connect them and give it a day to verify if any of the information goes through to the other side.
If no information goes through, please let me know and I'll take a closer look into what could be happening.
