I use an application supported by my local Heart Health community called Connected Wellness by NEXJ Systems. It is supposed to sync with FITBIT but I cannot get it to work.
FITBIT app shows it is connected to it. I wait the required 24 hours but still nothing. I have deleted and readded the application so many times trying to get it to work but nothing gets fixed.
Working with my local NEXJ contact too but no resolution. Does anyone else know about this application and have you any suggestions?

@dstjean A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Fitbit account is not connecting with Connected Wellness. Regarding your inquiry, you can visit this page, which contains a list of all the 3rd party apps that work with Fitbit. If Connected Wellness is not in this list, you can submit a suggestion in our "Feature Request" board and people can vote for your suggestion. The more votes your suggestion gets, the more chances it will have to be implemented.
