 I'm a busy person and perpetually losing my phone (and it's usually exactly where I left it last). It would be great to have an app where it can make my phone ring with just a click of a button.

It's sort of already there. 

Use the play music function. 

It you have music ready to play it will pay that and you can listen for your phone that way. 

Thats how I locate mine.

Yes PLEASE. I previously used a Garmin and this was my most used feature lol
