No Facebook connection

Hi, so I got my Blaze last night and I have set everything up, but I am not able to connect/link to Facebook (Im on Android- S7Edge). I saw some posts about the issue, but I couldn't even find where to link my Facebook. I went to add friends amd the Facebook tab but it either says "no friends were found" or just has an infinite loading circle.

Under your friends screen after pressing plus their should be a Facebook connect button. Pressing this should take you to a special page on Facebook where you give Fitbit permission to access your Facebook account. Have you done this yet? 

 

For Fitbit to know if your friends have a tracker, your friends also will need to have their Fitbit accounts connected to Facebook.
