My Ionic updated today. Since the update it no longer syncs with my Lose It app. I have disconnected and reconnected the two apps several times with no success.

I finally fixed the issue by deleting and reinstalling both apps on my phone.

Hello @BreaJ it sounds like you have done everything,, no you have done the only thing. that we could suggest. Now since Lose-it setup this link to fitbit and they are responsible for this connection, the next step would be to contact Lose-it.
