Not syncing with 3rd party apps

It’s me again!!

 

After speaking to support yesterday about my new Charge 4 I was assured the MapMyRun was showing as connected at their end but Strava wasn’t 

 

In both MapMyRun and Strava they are showing as connected to my Fitbit account (although Strava keeps losing it and I have to reattach.

 

After the support call yesterday I was told that the next time I did a gps workout it would sync into Mapmyrun

 

Nothing. Nada.

 

Im thoroughly frustrated with my new purchase and my first introduction to Fitbit devices

For MapMyRun you want to contact them, MMR is the owner of this link.

For Strava, you want to contact fitbit.

I'm moving your third party question to the third party group.

 

In both cases, from our side, all we can really do is to revoke access and set it up again.

Ok. It would appear that something has happened with Strava now as both have now appeared in there

 

I will get in touch with MMR with regards to the sync with them
